For my music CD cover, I based it off of two promo pictures for the band Nick Jonas and the Administration. Based on the color of the photo, I decided to then design the rest of the CD cover with a scheme that was similar in design. The four main colors of the text consist of hunter green, gray, tan, and red. To pick up the green aspects in the cover picture I decided to make his name the dark hunter green and the largest font on the cover to stick out. I then made the rest of the title gray and changed the tracking so the letters were closer together. Both the title of the CD and the names of the songs are in a light tan to pop from the black background. Then, because of the promo picture that I faded and used for the back cover had a red color, I decided to make all of the copyright information and the production information red to pick the color up from the picture next to it. I think it follows the general layout of a CD with the extra-added elements of pictures and the way I focused on the different types of font.
